Initiating a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization Number (RAN): If your return or exchange is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our team. This number must be clearly marked on the return package.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and labels.
- Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Processing Your Return or Exchange
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your return or exchange accordingly:
- Refunds: For eligible returns, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
- Exchanges: If you opt for an exchange, we will check the availability of the desired item. If available, we will ship the exchange item to you promptly.
- Store Credit: Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit in the form of a digital voucher for future purchases. The voucher will be emailed to you upon processing your return.
Refund Policy
- Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item minus any applicable discounts, shipping charges (unless the return is due to an error on our part), and restocking fees, if applicable.
